Hi, I'm using iphone 5, I didn't do a call forward, but everytime I restart my iphone, a call forwarding logo will be shown on the top left corner, when I go to Setting ---> Phone ---> Call Forwarding, the logo will gone automatically.
Is there anyone facing the same issue?

I am with Telstra Australia and have the same issue, has anyone been able to find a fix for this?, very annoying.

Ok issue came back for me after using the HulloMail app but have found a solution that is at least working for me.
Found this on an American forum:
I went into the call forward setting in phone settings. Set up call forward to my landline. Restarted the phone. Checked the forward worked by calling the phone. Then went back into call forward settings and turned it off. Icon then disappeared. Restarted the phone and it was gone and hasn't been back.

Alright, problem is back, I thought this has been fixed in iOS 6.0.1 😐
When I reboot my iPhone 5, the call forward logo appears again. APPLE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

I can't offer any more help I'm afraid, the above info in my previous post clears the issue for me when/if it happens.

This problem has been "solved" in iOS 6.0.1, but it came back in iOS 6.0.2

Have yo tried resetting the phone instead of just switchung off? (On/off + Home buttons).
