I'm trying to set up my new MacBook Air but when asked to enter my Apple ID and password I just get an error message saying "Couldn't sign in because of a server error. Try signing in again." I'm definitely entering the right username and password as I've just accessed my account via this computer. What could I be doing wrong?? HELP!!!
Try restarting your Mac.
Click the Apple menu icon top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click Restart.
Your restart instructions don't seem to apply when trying to set up a new MacBook Air. There is no "Apple menu icon"
You can restart by holding the start button down for 5 seconds to turn the computer off then turn it on again. However this didn't help the same problem on my Air - I've tried using two different networks.
Hi, tried, to log in, same a server error, than I forced to re-start and same issue

2. Country
3.-Network
5. Transfer
4. Apple ID, and here server error and no solution
