has anybody used the hearing aid accessibility setting? What does it do? Mine device doesn't recognize my aids. Am I missing a step

Q: so why doesn't the 4s have an HAC rating?
My guess is that it doesn't have an HAC rating because it doesn't have the hearing aid mode. The 4 and the 5 have it but the 4s does not (I confirmed this by testing the models in store).
