Trakckpad default settings

A colleague changed my trackpad settings as a practical joke. I want to return them to the default settings, but there is no option to do so. Can anyone tell me the default settings for each trackpad gesture or tell me how to easily reset all trackpad settings all at one time?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Here's the defaults:

Point & Click

Tap to click: Disable
Secondary click: Enable (maybe this was disabled by default)
Lookup: Enable
Three finger drag: Disable
Tracking Speed: 40%

Scroll & Zoom

All Enabled

More Gestures

All Enabled except App Expose

As a 25 year Mac user, this is one of the few times I will admit that Microsoft gets it right by offering a "reset" checkbox in many of their configuration utilities.

Incomplete... several of the checked off boxes in the list have drop down menus (at least on OS X 10.9.5) which also have default selections. Any one have any idea what the complete set of defaults is for 10.9.5 (and presumably beyond)?
