Problem with my Canon IR 3030 print station

Hi friends I am using MacBook Pro (Retina) and recently i have purchased an old IR3030 Canon printer *** copier machine. However I have downloaded all the drivers from the Canon US Website but still i am not able to use the printer of Canon IR 3030. Either through Netowrk or through USB whenever i give the print command i always get a error message stating cannot communicate with printer mac canon UFR II printer driver.

I have an law office and for that purpose i really need a printer. I request you to please help me out friends as soon as possible.
