couldn't reset ipod mini
Hi there, does anyone have this before, and what can be done? Thanks!
During sync, computer hung, had to turn off pc, then the ipod went to sad status, couldn't reset.

Note that it's often a good sign of a hardware issue with the iPod's hard drive meaning the iPod will need to be serviced or replaced.
