ical not showing reminders

Hi Hope someone can help with this, in my desperation to get my iphone and macbook calendars syncing on icloud i think I have deleted my reminders list on the calendar.

On icloud I have gone into settings and tried VIEW REMINDERS as this seemed the answer when i searched through the forums. However i do not have this option. Is it possible that I have completely deleted the ability to sync my reminders with my calendar through icloud.

Hope someone can help, I findally solved the problems with syncing my calendars to the correct time and now this!
