voice over
I cannot page down in GENERAL settings to turn off my voice over...its driving me nuts! About to hard reset my device.

You need to use 3 fingers to scroll, and a 'tap-to-select and then double-tap to activate/type process'. You can also turn VoiceOver off it by connecting to your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4064
