iphone 4s accessed remotely

hi i have an iphone 4s with latest IOS installed.

i was wondeing if there is any way to access remotely to the iphone like we can with team viewer or log me in etc.

i want to know if the opposite way is possible?

can we log in to our iphone viz computer like we can log in to our comp viz iphone using apps like logmein, team viewer etc.
