iPhone App Store app seems to be frozen after agreeing to new iTunes Terms. The update screen does not respond to any touches.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Mine did that for a while this morning. I tried turning the phone all the way off and on. Tried a few other things, finally think it just took time to correct itself. Now works fine.
