Can't get my MacBook Air to join a secure network

I have tried to join the network at my sisters house, but when I type in the password, the join button is not able to be clicked. How can I fix this? Do I need to reset something?

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

In brief: If the Join button is greyed out, the password you entered is not correct. Typo? Wrong info? (It's amazing how many people forget the password for their WiFi network. Well, typically they use it only once, and often that's long ago...)
