need update from snow leopard to mountain lion my mac is intel based
need help wont allow me to buy update on app store for the new osx any one no how i can get update for this mac through apple itself or not

Mountain Lion is only available through the App store. Mac Pro early 2008 or later should be able to buy, download, and install it.
Lion is still available through the online Apple store ... you can call and buy a download code for it. In the US the online store is at 800-MY-APPLE.
