After Update to ios6 on ipad3, Bluetooth Sound is laggy and chunky at times, in any kind of media played in any kind of app... Whats Wrong?
The title says it all...! Now to fix?

Try this first and see if it works.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
