Transferring "sent" hotmail to MacBook

I have just bought a MacBook Pro after ten years of Windows.

How do I transfer all my windows livemail (aka hotmail) emails to my Mac? I have run the migration assistant, but this only imports the inbox. I need also to import all the contents of the sent box
