When I try to download an edited document from icloud.com it says "Update Failed" where it is supposed to say "Download" in an oval, and the "Download Document" button in the options is greyed out. My documents can be edited on, and synchronised between my iPad and my iPhone, but not from icloud.com. How can I fix this?
Never mind, I've solved it. I was using the mobile backups folder on my mac as a storage area, and by deleting my added files, my iPad and iPhone instantly started uploading the documents.
