Using 10.6.8 with Server Admin tools 10.6.3, been working fine for a long time, then recently out of the blue I cannot access the program
Keep getting this error message
Any suggestions why?

No suggestion as to why, but do suggest updating to tools 10.6.8.
I'm sure I already was using tools 10.6.8, to make sure I installed again, but the Workgroup Manager version still shows as 10.6.3

Apparently, you meant Using Server Admin Tools 10.6.8 with Workgroup Manager 10.6.3.
All I can suggest is that you DL the tools again, reinstall, and see if the problem continues.
