LG HBS-730 & iPhone 5

I just purchased a pair of LG HBS-730s and I want to love them. I used the Motorola S350s for a few years and I was looking for an in-ear alternative. Indoors they seem to work very well. Outdoors they hardly work if at all. I can't walk more than 5 feet before the sound drops out and the bluetooth connection is lost. I have also tried them on an iPhone 4 and they seemt to properly without issue. I've contacted LG, but unfortunately since the phone is so new, there's not much they can offer to solve the problem. Anyone else having this issue with either the 730s or the 700s?

I have the same problem too.

I suspect that the bluetooth 3.0 with iOS6 is not working well.

Any update on the HBS-730 with iphone? I have the iphone 4 & want to buy the 730 but not until I know the bugs have been fixed.

I am running ios 6.0 on an iPhone 5. It constantly stutters when playing

A song from iTunes library, but when I stream Pandora I have no issues.

I decided to return to the my traditional ear buds. No need for charging another battery. The wireless was harder for my work outs especially bench presses. It's working far better for me.

I have noticed it tends to be application specific. Phone and Runkeeper constantly blank out, but I have never had an issue with Pandora or Injustice. Maybe they use different libraries somehow?

Just tried with iPhone 5c - no problems.

I do not understand. Why technically superior 5s does NOT work, while inferior 5c works fine?

My problem with the HBS-730 is that it constantly looses connection with my i-phone 5 when I am having a phone call. The phone is right next to me and it says that i am out of range?
