My iPhone's screen getting ZOOMED while trying to answer a call in the screen locked mode. This has happened twice after upgrading to iOS 6.0.

Turn off the Zoom Accessibility feature:

iPhone: Configuring accessibility features (including VoiceOver and Zoom)

Double tap with THREE fingers to turn zoom off, then go into: Settings>General>Accessibility and turn it off for good.

I have this problem too but I don't thik that disabling the 3 finger zoom is a solution while I would still like to use it.

It seems to be the next bug related to 3 fingers zoom feature in iOS 6. The other one was related to 4 and 5 finger gestures on iPad https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4329678?answerId=19972630022#19972630022

I hope that it is going to be fixed in next release.

When 'ZOOM' is turned on

and makes it impossible to navigate

around iPhone :

assuming iOS8 :

Double tap with 3 fingers to zoom in or zoom out;

if it doesn't work be patient and try again.

( The feature is a little sketchy. )
