Wi-Fi Greyed!

i updated my iphone 4s to the IOS6....ever since i updated my iphone i am UNABLE to access the internet/wifi!! Well i go on the wifi icon and its greyed i cant open the wifi!! I NEEEEEDD HELPPP PLEASE!!!!! ive tryed everything !! any suggestions??
