erase all content data by accident, how to restore back to my iphone 3g

i erase all content data of my 3g iphone, now phone can not work any more, only apple logo on screen, how can i restore it back.

iPhone 3G, iOS 4.1

Plug it into the computer you normally sync with and restore it from your backup.

If you didn't make a backup, then there is nothing to restore.

Connect to the computer you last synced to and click the Restore button in iTunes. The phone will be restored to the state it was in as of the last sync.

any where, or any how to install system back, i connect my iphone 3g to my computer, nothing come out
