Multiple Calendars

I am using iCloud on my iphone 5, but it keeps showing multiple reminders/listings for the same event. They are coming from differnt calendars, one from iCloud, one from MyMac. I keep unselecting the calendars from MyMac, but somehow reminders from these accounts appear.

Also under show all calendars I see some listed under My Mac, the ones I have on my home computer, but their are also ones from name[appleID@mac.com@p07caldav.icalendar]. If i delete these on my phone will i be deleting them from my home computer? These are the ones that keep duplicating on my calendar...
