This morning when I went to iTunes all of my music is showing in iTunes but when I go to play a song iTunes starts skipping through all the songs in the album without playing any of them.  I am using Itunes Match.  I went into song view and when i hit shuffle it started skipping every single song.  Anyone else having this problem?

    Same here on both iPhone 4S and new iPad with iOS 6. I think it's something to do with the new terms and conditions, not certain. ******* me off though.

    I've suscribed to iTunes Match last Saturday and since last Tuesday I get this error too. I can't play the songs in the cloud neither on my Mac nor on my iPhone/iPad. When I try to download these songs on my Mac I'm getting an 5002 unknown error (But my billing information is correct, I'm able to buy music, apps etc.).

    It's really frustrating not beeing able to access the songs iTunes matched. Any fixes out there?

    I had the same problem on my wifes iPhone 4, despite it working ok on mine. Apple Support were no good, but finally managed to stop the constant skipping.


    I downloaded 2 albums from iTunes Match, then purchased a single song from the store on the handset(note I did'nt get a prompt to accept new T&C's). I then turned iTunes Match off, swiped to delete the two albums and song, and then rebooted the handset. When back on, I turned iTunes Match back on, downloaded the albums and the songs played nicely.

    Hi. I think I've partly solved the problem on my iPhone. I launched MUSIC on it and tapped MORE on the bottom of the screen (my iPhone shows polish commands so I only wonder what they are in english), tapped SHARED and checked my library (not "My iPhone"). Now all content I browse plays as it should. I am at work so I don't know how to solve it on my AppleTV yet. I'll let you know. Hope it helps you too...

    Actually..... That solution only works when my iTunes is on an in the same Wi-Fi network as my iPhone. It doesn't solve the iTunes Match problem... Still doesn't work...

    Looking forward to any hints as well..

    Go to itunes try to download something... It will ask to agree to new terms. agree and it will allow your songs to play.


    This is what worked for me...

    That didn't work for me... I downloaded a song, and a book... There was no prompt, no terms agreement, no nothing - the content downloaded and the songs from iTM still don' play. Could that be a major Apple bug???

    This morning I downloaded a free app off the app store, was asked to agree to new terms and now....Match is back up and working again.

    I tried to follow your advices many times today. Unfortunately, although I've already bought some 15 apps, I never got any prompt for agreeing on any new terms. I'd like to accept them but I have no chance to do so...

    Any suggestions?

    I had the same issue that some people were talking about in regards to accepting the terms and agreements. I then had the issue I believe you are having where some songs play but not all. I realized that the songs not playing we're the songs saved locally to my iPhone before I made the upgrade to iOS 6.  I turned my iTunes Match off n the settings and deleted the 10 gigs of music saved locally. Now everything plays from my Match without any skipping. Hope it works for you too.

    Is anyone else still having this issue?  I've tried buying new content to see if that triggered the new service agreement to appear, but that didn't happen.  I've turned Match off & on both on my phone and PC, but still no luck.
