my mac has 10.7 is it worth it to upgrade it?

Since you give us absolutely no idea of what you use your Mac to do all that leaves me with is mine own use and I think it is for that.

An answer depends on your model Mac and the amount of memory installed.

In general, ML should be an improvement over Lion. Not all systems that run Lion can run Mountain Lion though.
