Pics taken with iphone are imported as with any digital camera : Open iphoto, connect iphone, import photos.
Pics synced from your computer to your iphone are synced one way only - computer to iphone.
As these pics came from your computer in the first place, they should still be there. Simply copy them to your new computer along with all of your other files/docs/pics/music/contacts/etc

I want to transfer the photos from my historyon my iphone 4s to my new computer. I have 8000+ photos, the computer only recognizes 3500 of them.
Any thoughts on what app or program to use? Aperture costs over 80$....
