iPhone 5 screen
Has anyone else's iPhone 5 screen spontaneously cracked? Mine just did while I was on Facebook.

I made an appointment and called support just in case. I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them. I just got my phone on Thursday!
This just now happened to me (I found this thread while searching to see if it had happened to anybody else). Did they take care of you at the Apple Store? That was absolutely crazy. I wasn't even touching the screen when it happened. Just holding my phone, reading an e-mail.
Yes. Apple replaced my phone under warranty. I had to wait a couple of days for the new one to come in though. My Apple store was out of the iPhone 5.

Same here will take it today to retailer here in Chile... hope they believe me cause it sure is weird but I charged the iPhone 5 (5 days old) overnight and the screen now has a small crack in the left lower corner. No drops or hits! Unbelievable....
They replaced mine with no problems, too. Hopefully you will have the same luck!
I got the IPhone 5 about 2 months ago. It was in perfect condition and I was on Facebook sitting on my couch and wham! It spontaneously cracked across the whol screen starting in the corner. Off to apple I go since my service provider won't do a thing.
The iPhone was replaced after evaluation by technical support of my service provider, no questions asked. Great. Thx Apple
