Question

Try uninstalling the software that installed these:tc.tctechnologies.driver.TCNear    8786com.waves.driver.soundgrid    2.0.0Use the uninstaller provided by the developer of the software. If that eliminates the kernel panics, try reinstalling one at a time to determine which one is causing the problems.You may be able to update them to current versions that work with Mountain Lion.Also, if those drivers are for external hardware, disconnect the hardware to test.
