STUMPED - iTunes Error (3260) - Shared Music

I am trying to listen to shared music on my network. I can see all the shared playlists but when I click to view the songs in the playlist I get an error that reads....

"The shared music library "Cole" is not accessible for an unknown reason. (-3260)
Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 3689"

In system prefs, in sharing I don't have the firewall turned on, and have checked the "share itunes music" option.....

pretty confused.....

i am usually on a wireless network for surfing the net, and when on the wireless I have nobody's shared music (duh, I'm the only one on my wireless network!) The airport express's ethernet port's MAC address is the one I have registered to my name on campus (each student is only allowed to register one device under their name to go online to the net.)

However, heres the catch....we still can put other devices on the network, but we just can't go on the Internet with them. I have an xbox and when plugged into the network I can game against others on the university network. Then when I plug the ethernet cable into my iBook, I can see all the shared music on the network, just can't view or play the songs in the playlist.

Do you suppose that in order to listen to shared music over an internal network you still need to have an active connection to the www??? That is about the only thing I can think of why this isn't working.
