Q: The icloud terms and conditions page didn't load up on my iphone when I opened icloud from settings. Now what?

I updated the software for Apple TV (wish I hadn't) and now I can't get my photostream. I did what they said and went to settings/icloud on my iphone but the icloud terms and conditions page didn't come up as they said it would. Now what?

AppleTV 2, iOS 5.1.1

I had the same problem with accessing Photo Stream in Apple TV after upgraded to the latest version. My Apple TV is version 3. I tried the same of setting>iCloud on my iPad which is iOS6.0 and had the same problem you described.
