how to transfer digital copies of movie in my iTunes from my pc to my new mac book pro

i juat bought a new mac book pro and i replaced my pc. i entered all my info for my itunes account to get my info and that worked fine then i transferred my music over to the mac and put in itunes just fine but the digital copies of movies i had from purchased dvd's in my itunes are gone how do i transfer those from my old pc itunes to the new mac itunes?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.
