Q: roughly 30% of my songs do not automatically download but the rest do. and if i try to retrieve from cloud...the same "network refused" error message appears. yet my other mac works perfectly doing same thing.

title says it all. I have two mac laptops and iphone and ipad. everyhting syncs perfectly expect my new macbook air. about 30% of songs fail to download due to network failure. But if my other devices works fine...then why not this one.

second, when I try to download from cloud, I have same problem and same can't wont download at all.
