Q: unable to sign in photostream in apple tv

The recommended resolution from apple.com support site does not work as the "terms and agreement" prompt never comes up when I signed into the icloud account from ipad

AppleTV 2, iOS 5.1.1

There might also be another kind of error which I'm investigating further. The case is escalated within apple.
