Calendar Private Events?

My boss and I have the new Mountain Lion calendar. She would like to share her calendar with me, mostly just appointments. She doesn't want to share her personal events. Is there a way to have the times of her personal events just show up as blocked off times? Meaning, I want to know when she's going to be out and not know the details. Any easy way of doing this?
