Notes syncing oneway only

Question

Syncing between a iPhone 4 (IOS 6) and a MBP (10.8.2) seems to be working OK except for notes.

Notes created on the MBP will appear on the iPhone, but the 5 notes already on the phone adn new notes added don't show up on the laptop.

I have tried turning settings for notes and mail on and off on both devices, but nothing has helped.

Any ideas?

Problem resolved. Restored the phone and now it is syncing.
