Safari stopped working with Blogger

When I try to log into my Blogger account with Safari and post a new article, I get an error message. I tried the Blogger help page and got a suggestion from another user to use a different browser. Firefox works fine but it doesn't answer my question. Why did Safari suddenly stop working with Blogger. I've been using Safari as my browser for years with Blogger and this is the first time I've had a problem. Any suggestions? Also how do I report a bug in Safari to Apple?

MacBook, iOS 6, Safari not on product list!

First there is no Blogger support. All you get is a users form not a Blogger (Google) support tech. Their only suggestion was to use a different browser. Using Firefox I was able to post to Blogger.

While I was able to post, it did not answer my question: Whe did Safari stop working (in the sense that I used to be able to post to Blogger and now I can't) with Blogger about Wednesday of last week?

I was suprised that Apple directs me to a users form and not to a Safari bug report for help.

Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.

Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with networks that require any kind of authentication other than a WPA or WPA2 Personal password.

From the OS X Utilities screen, select Get Help Online. A clean copy of Safari will launch. No plugins, such as Flash, will be available. While in Recovery, you'll have no access to your saved bookmarks or passwords, so make a note of those before you begin, if they're needed for the test.

Test. After testing, reboot as usual and post the results.
