Update caused mail 4.6 to reject pgptools add on

I performed an update on Oct-2-2012 and it appears after the update of the security software "security update 2012-004" my Mail 4.6 reports "incompatible plug-ins disabled, mail has disabled the following plug-ins gpg" See enclosure.

Has anyone had this problem with this new update?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I just did a security update and got the same message regarding MiniMail and MsgFiler. Still searching for a solution to this.

PGP is awaare of the problem sinc eit occurred in Oct-2012 but have not come out with a official fix as of this date Dec-2012
