Since updating Itunes, today 10./4/12 i can no longer access Itunes Store!

Could you walk us through what happens (when you try to access the Store) in some more detail, please?
i have a windows laptop, HP.....Windows 7 - received a notice to upgrade Itunes, upgraded Itunes...
Library shows fine..
Go to the Itunes store = nothing happens, no error message, nothing, but a blank screen..
my son uses an apple laptop, hasn't been able to access Itunes store since he upgraded Monday. He has his own account,.
Is it something with the upgrade?
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
no speedbit lsp shows, but Mcafee Family Security does,,could that be it!
Yes, it could be.
First check to see if your McAfee Family Protection is currently blocking iTunes, as per the following McAfee document:
Using McAfee Family Protection Web Blocking
If iTunes is currently being blocked, unblock it.
Are you able to get through to the Store now?
Sorry for the wait, I decided to remove the Family Protection, and it works now..

I have similar issue.
It coincides with AVG re-install and with iOS6 install.
my ipad2 and iphone 4 and 4s have troubles logging to app store when on wifi. 3g works ok.
Even wifi hotspot via my iphone4 works well for downloading from app store.
Just my local wifi doesn't work.
My entered apple ID is registered under itunes and app store setting in iOS.
When I open app store app, I got blank screen message: loading..., and then after 15 secs it blinks and says loading again, and then it gives error Can not connect to app store.
And exits.
I tried everything I saw on internet - restored ipad (now works), shuffling automatic date and time etc.
Restoring my iphone4 isn't an option.
Can anyone help?
