iBooks Author on MacBook Pro with Retina Display

Is iBooks Author not compatible with the MacBook Pro's Retina display? The app and its layouts look pixelated to me. (I know it's compatible with the Retina iPad and that iBooks themselves are not viewable on the Mac—I mean the app itself and the designing process). Thanks.

Did you try disabling retina support for iBA yet?

Been wondering the same thing. Has apple given up on iBooks Author already? They've updated all their other apps. There hasn't been a real update to iBooks Author since it was released. Makes me wonder.

Sad, but true, iBA has not been updated for the MBP/R. It's an eyesore, but what can we do but put up with it until the update comes?
