Can't retrieve Quicktime Pro key from store
Apple Online Store only shows purchases within the past 18 months so I can't retrieve my Quicktime Pro Key, purchased years ago. How can I access it?
G4, G5, 12" G4PB, mini, Mac OS X (10.4.4)
Apple now keep records upto 18 months from purchase.
The reg code and user name are in the email Apple sent you at time of purchase, Apple advised you to keep this safely.
If you dont have tese details you will have to purchase QT Pro again.
