When I go to the iTunes store "Authorize Computer" doesn't show up. Anyone know where I can find it?

i'm trying to authorize my computer but when i go onto the itunes store, I can't find where it says "authorize computer". My apple ID and account are already logged in, I'm trying to just transfer my songs from my iPhone to my mac. Any suggestions for how to do this?
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)
