It is **** near impossible to find support for Apple products. We all don't have an Apple store around the corner...would love it though! I've been searching the net to find out why my ATV is flashing rapidly and displays the iTunes logo and a USB cable. Seems that there is some sort of problem with a recent upgrade. Can anyone help resolve this?

Thanks Allan, your were right and plugging the ATV into my MacBook allowed me to reset it. However the link in you reply went to a Siri question. Thanks for your help!
