I bought an iphone5 64gb from turkey from someone who brought it USA but when inread news about sales there are problems and i dont know this guy how he bought it and now i have suspicious about orginalty. Where can i check it ?

Well if he bought it in the USA it would be locked to a US carrier as they an not selling unlocked iphone 5 in the USA yet
No its not locked he told me he bought from USA also i can use it and i dont have any problems about phone. I dont know what can i do about this.
Well yes the phone is locked if he purchased the phone from the USA because as the other poster stated, no unocked iPhone 5's are available for sale in the US at present.
The only way in which the phone would be unlocked is if it has been jailbroken.
If you are now saying that you can use the phone and don't have any problems with it, then what exactly is your question now?

Is there any site or portal which can i check with FCC ID or IC code or model number?

It says my phone have warranty so i think my phone is orjinal if it jailbreaked there is nothing i can do i think.
