Are you wanting to know how to authorise it ? If so then it's via the Store menu at the top of iTunes e.g.

There is still a Store menu. If you are on a PC with iTunes 11 then press Alt-S and it should appear e.g. :

I agree with Pitcher! I have been trying to authorize my computer for the last 2 hours and couldnt find the "store" option. The Alt-S was the answer. Very frustrating!! Happy to find this discussion.
