Hi, yes that certainly is my experience. Since upgrading to iOS 6, my iphone 4S has lost its wifi connectivity (greyed out, not even able to toggle it), bluetooth capability (the thinking wheel spins without stopping and wont recognise the usual bluetooth connected devices), some apps shuts down unexpectedly, and the battery drains very quickly.

I have done everything from network reset to hard reset and even setting it as new phone but stillnothing. My next step is bring it to where I purchase it from and hope for the best (unfortunately where I am now does not have an apple genius bar)

That has been the experience of some but not all users.

Honestly, if you look through the forums, you will find reports of battery issues with EVERY iOS update.

It is predictable, with every iOS update there is a group of users that SCREAM about decreased battery life, there is a group of users that rave about increased battery life, and the vast majority of users say little or nothing because they notice no appreciable difference in battery life and as a result simply do not come here.

Also, if you search the forums you'll find a plethora of information on battery life and ways to extend the battery life.
