hi all just up dated my macpro and my e mail will not open.
went into applications as it told me too but i still have nothing.
any way to fix this??

What update did you do? Are you using Apple's Mail program or a third parties? If Apple's, did you try to open it in the Applications folder (is that what you meant?). What OS are you running please?

Clive here i have looked at the threads you sent and they did not work.
i did as they said but now i am back to square 1. my mac now has lost mail and i cant get it back.
i have downloaded everything and i cant get it to work
I believe you can reinstall Mail using the custom install choice while booted up on your 10.6 install disk.
But, Maybe it would be best to start a new thread in the 10.6 Mail+Address book forum. You might get more help there.
