ipod touch device name?/???

i just bought a used ipod touch off of criagslist cuz i didnt have enough money for a new one.. well the person i bought it from didnt have a device name on it.... i want one though. does anyone know how to add one on or do i resste the data??/?

Connect the iPod to your computer and restore to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes. The media did not transfer with the hardware.

You can change the name by clicking on the name of the iPod under Devices in iTunes and change the name like you do for a file.
