"after a moment" is that 72 hours?? When will the opprtunity to accept new terms appear??? Please advise how to fix this

I see lots of questions about the error with apple tv not loggin into icloud anymore after the uodate last week. On the apple support site i read that when yu go to "settings" that ... After a while... The new terms will load and we can accepts these new terms. " after a while" seems a loose term. I have stared at the screen for over 72 hours but still cant accept any new terms to get my apple tv working again and showing my photo stream... #epicfail
