Oct 5, 2012 11:32 AM in response to mhaynamby Renee Pearson,How are you emailing it to yourself? You can send it as a PDF file directly from within Keynote. Here's how to do that:
- From Presentations View, tap the Edit button in the top right corner.
- Tap the presentation you want to print.
- Tap the Share button in the top left corner.
- Tap Email Presentation.
- In the Email Presentation window choose PDF.
- When the conversion to PDF is complete, an email window will open automatically for you to enter the To address.
If your file is too large to send via email, you can save it to iTunes on your iPad, then transfer it to your computer via iTunes.
You can also use WebDAV to save it to a Dropbox folder if you have a DropDAV account.
- Follow the same first three steps above.
- Tap Copy to WebDAV.
- In the Choose Format window tap PDF.
- If you have WebDAV setup for DropDAV, you'll see a list of all of your Dropbox folders. Just pick the one you want and tap Copy.
- You can then access Dropbox from your PC and print your presentation.
For more info on DropDAV go to http://dropdav.com.
Good luck!
