Hi,
Suddenly my iPhone lost all the songs and playlists. Only new songs I added manually are there to be played...However, when I open iTunes the songs are still visible on the iPhone but they all have a exclamation mark next to them! What should I do to have them back??

Same thing literally just happened to me. I got connected to someone on the support line but they were no help at all. But, I think I fixed it myself. When in iTunes go to your devices, click on your iPhone music and uncheck then recheck a song that has an exclamation point. That's what I did because I was just messing around trying to fix it and it worked. Once you recheck it, your iPhone should resync and you should get your music back.

thanks for replying but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I've selected all songs, unchecked them and checked them again, and the exclamation marks are still there...
Hmm, when I did it I didn't select them all i just unchecked and rechecked one of them and then all of them followed. Do any of your songs have a little sync symbol next to them instead of an exclamation mark? Maybe if you double click on that. Otherwise, I'm sorry to say that If that didn't help then I don't know what else to say or how to fix it/.
I actually had a few songs with the little sync symbol...I deleted those, resynced the iPhone and still no luck...thanks for your help anyway!
