How to convert from MP4 to MP3 in iTunes?
downloaded some MP4 from internet and trying to conv. to MP3 for my daughter's iPod. Please help..
MP4 is a video format, not audio as MP3 is. What is it that you are trying to convert?

Take the MP4 and open it in QUICKTIME. then in the file menu go to export. In the format drop down bar select Audio only. This will save as an MP4a to your desktop. Drag this MP4a into itunes. Then right click on the MP4a in itunes and select convert to mp3 😀
