i am using iphone 4s with vodafone contract. my issue is that i have l full 3g signal but still can not access internet , it says safari cannot open because iphone is not connected to internet. i changed the sim but the issue remain.

Q: access internet
Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then turn Wi-Fi back ON or make sure Setting of Cellular Data is ON.
